Wow, I'm 62 years old and have been going to to dentist my entire life. Never before has a dentist not been able to give me an exam and cleaning in one appointment. Now I know why. They get you to come in for an exam then scare you into an over the top priced cleaning. I would stay away from these scam artist!!!

Aspen dental is the worst.... I had a tooth removed a month ago, not only was it the most unpersonable experience but they charged me nearly the full $200 only to find out the insurance paid most of it, so they got double paid and I still haven’t got my money back. And then now I’m back because they broke another tooth in the process.. and a 7 am appointment is now a 730 appointment how can you be running behind so early in the morning? And now the refuse to do anything about the broken tooth !!!

Made a phone call to aspen about their free estimate for denture repairs was very detailed and specific about what I was looking for got there early spent 10 min filling out paper work they called me in asked what I was there for I told him and they proceeded to tell me I needed a complete set of x-rays taken and a complete oral exam I told them that all I was looking for was an estimate of repairs to my dentures he said and I quote "l know but this is our policy" I left and demanded my paper work back my suggestion is not t... read more

I am being very generous with 2 stars because they have competent care givers that were very efficient and were great. They have not attempted to bill my insurance once in 3 months. I have given my insurance information in person at the first and second visit. I have emailed them many times. I have called 4 times. All in the last 3 months. I called today and they tell me they have no insurance information on file. I have a whopping final notice bill from them now. Have never been to a dentist that hurts people so much as to when injecting the needle to be numbed !!! Me and my grandson both had a bad experience with you on that part !! We both almost came out of the chair with pain from that. I wouldnt go back to you if our life depended on it !! It was like you drove the needle to the other side of the gum. you took the needle and drove it right inside of the tooth itself, that is not the way its suppose to be done !! you slowly get the tooth numbed from injecting the surrounding area... read more

Heather was rude and snotty and has no manners what so ever. I filed a complaint w/ the office manager and was told Heather was let go. Imagine my surprise when I called 2 days later and Heather answered the phone with her same nasty attitude. I paid up front the $700 they required for a crown they then billed my insurance and then balance billed me the $400+ insurance contractual obligation.
