Very dirty office. X-ray tech tried to force me to bite down on a poorly placed X-ray. Cut my gum. Then tried to ram in down my theory, causing me to gag. Awful. Stay away from this place. Nightmare!

The staff was great. Free X-rays and evaluation was fine. All I really wanted was a tooth fixed or pulled before surgery . The total I got was 7,000.00 for all dental work that needed done. I was told I had to pay in advance to get a tooth pulled, fine I'll bring payment on appointment date. No I had to pay right then. Couldn't even tell me what day it could be done because didn't have the schedule. Schedule became available while I waited. August 22nd was the earliest I could have it done. The professional staff was fine, the work quick and painless. I had put down over $1500 several weeks before my cleaning and two fillings. After the cleaning I had sat with Arlene for quite some time getting my appointments set up. She told me what each procedure cost, and we deducted it from the $1500 +, as we went along. The next day, after my two fillings, I was told to sign a paper saying that I would pay over $1300 on my next visit. I refused to sign that contract, as I had everything set up with Arlene. Made an apointment waited 3 weeks and they moved it to the Keene location never telling me and they set the appointment to a cleaning instead of a tooth extraction

I have now set up two apointments with apen and both times was told my apointment was a different day or told i dont have one at all each time waiting a week till the next apointment ...i will be finding a new dentist you cant change peoples apointment cuz you overbooked😡

Misleading. Free for the x-ray ONLY! Then they say you need work but not able to really help only wanting Money up front etc. A great big disappointment for my husband!
4:30 appointment. Saw the dentist at 5:45. XRays and exam. LOTS of waiting in between. Dentist was nice. Hygienist was nice. Just took way, way too long.
