I went to Aspen Dental, Riverdale Street, West Springfield, Massachusetts just for an estimate for the tooth implant. They were kind enough to offer me a free evaluation. My X-Rays were taken free of charge the same day. Honestly speaking, all the staff members always been very kind and professional to me. Unfortunately, my tooth implant was a failure and it was taken out after it got infected. I had to suffer so much pain all day, all night for few weeks because of the infection. Today I had the opportunity to have Kate & Victoria while having my impression done for my permanents for the bottom plate. I have to say that these two women seem to have the best way of getting my needs addressed, they worked as a team to help pick out the proper shades for this procedure. I also had a great conservation with "Shannon" about the true compassion they have for their jobs, helping people to understand what needs to be done. THANKS! !
I had my first appointment on 6/8 . Everyone was very nice have a good experience so far. .I need to have extensive work done. Went to Aspen dental in West Springfield. I find that having dental insurance doesn't cover a whole lot had to take out loan. I have my next appointment Wednesday I hope all goes well as they promised it would. So far I have received six emails in one day from Aspen dental. I do believe that's a bit much. I hope that that will subside after my appointment.
I am sure i am not alone when i say that visiting the dentist is not my most favorite thing to do, but I have to say that my experience at the West Springfield Aspen Dental has been nothing less than incredible. The office manager, the staff and my dental hygienist have been so kind and gone out of their way to help me receive the best dental care possible. I cannot say thank you enough.

I have had only three appointments to date and have had an exceptional experience. The doctors the x-ray technicians the receptionists took care of me with no problem. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental at this point. The real test Will be Wednesday, May 24, 2017 that is when I will have teeth extractions and dentures. Hopefully the procedures will be as outstanding as was the initial lead up interview and preliminary work.
