I have been a patient here since 2007. I feel so comfortable at this office (as comfortable as you can be at the dentist) The staff is always friendly and thorough. Most of my appts are with the dental hygienist. She is the best!

Credit is given when credit is due. I have been a patient from Dr. Patrick D. from Aspen Dental in West Springfield MA for at least 4 to 5 years. This is perhaps one of the most friendliest medical offices I have been. Proof that Aspen are money hungry? They still don't take MassHealth after how many years in business? They make more money putting that group of people on payment plans that they can't afford! Big box dental business with no real concern for their patients. I'm happy to stick with the dentist I've had for the last 15 years.

This is the worst place. All they are interested in is money! How much they can get out of you. Prices are higher than any other place even with a 20% discount.

I recently bought dentures there. I need several adjustments. Can't get an appointment until 11/18!!!! Unless you have worn dentures, you do not understand how painful it is to wear them when there is a sore spot. It is soooo painful! And to keep wearing them will make the sore spot a lot worse. Thank God I still have my old dentures! But unfortunately the top is cracked down the middle. I pray it doesn't give out before the 18th!!

went in to get a tooth pulled , had to sit there for over an hour to get told i should do all sorts of other work over $15,000 worth, i stated all i wanted was the tooth pulled again was told i should do at least 1/2 the other stuff at the same time , again said no just the problem tooth please , was told ok that will be $494!!! told them they were out of their mind made an appointment for baystate dental the same day after leaving there and got the tooth pulled for less than $200!! was also told at baystate dental that i ha... read more
