The dental hygienist Christina is so wonderful! She is personable and friendly and not judgemental! I am petrified of going to the dentist and am less than a model patient and she puts my mind at ease every time I am there!
Today I had a crown prep, and me being a nervous wreck told the Dr and her assistant, and let me tell you they made me extremely comfortable, everyone is extremely nice, amazing intelligent people. Any that doesn't like the dentist or has trouble with mouth pain, I suggest you see the awesome people over at aspen dental.
My journey to have the smile I always wanted started October 2015...I went in for a tooth pain and found out my teeth needed to be pulled and I needed dentures! I was heartbroken, scared and nervous! So 14 teeth pulled, 4 fillings, 2 root canals a full top denture and partial lower later and I have the smile I've always dreamed of and cried for! As this was my first visit in about 20 yrs. I was terrified. They made me feel very comfortable while x-rays were done. Explaining what I would need done. Dr. Carol was very nice calming me as I am still very nervous . I have to have all my uppers out and am scared to death.
The dentist and dental hygienist were both very helpful in explaining the procedures and different questions I had. The office manager was very polite also. The whole visit was a lot better than my last dentist.....I think I'll stick with Aspen
I am one of the biggest babies. They have taken such good care of me. Loving Dr. Carol and Ella. Awesome at calming my nerves and getting it done!
The staff was very quick and courteous. Doctors were very courteous listening to me about how I wanted to handle my dental work and we're very flexible. I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being called in for my appointment in fact today I was early they called me in, Christina could took care of all my paperwork then they did my impressions I was walking out the door 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time
