Yall! I'm new to the area and had to find a new dentist. I've had a looooot of work done in the past (fillings, root canals, extractions, dental implant, etc) so in general, I'm not a fan of the dentist. I'm talking real anxiety. Came here based on google reviews. Took my kids here first to test them out lol. Now, be aware that calling the main line to the office sucks. Not gonna lie. Miss Emma excellent office experience for manager well and staff too handle my issue that I was having with my insurance promptly and took care of all my needs amazing place I highly recommend this Winchester dental care service..

I wrote a rather lengthy review on Yelp a week or so ago and it did not appear. ???? Aspen Dental is by far my best experience in any dentist office in my life. Quick, courteous, detailed oriented and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I received new U+L dentures that I have had for quite some time. With my new dentures I never realized that how much pain my mouth was in before -- they fit perfectly immediately with no adjustments and are very comfortable. Keeps on harassing me for the $50 and the lady is upset and won't do right by not charging me in the first place after they lied to me. Unethical practices and I'm not paying a dime. Don't go there ! You've been warned horrible experience

I called and explained my husband had a previous root canal that was obviously infected and they scheduled him only to tell him as soon as he sat in the chair that they don't re-do root canals and sent him home unseen. Then proceeded to charge him for the office visit. Super shady business practice and we will never recommend them!

I have gone to Aspen Dental in Winchester for 3 months. Each time the denture would not stay in my mouth. My last visit Ricardo told me they need to send me to a specialist. That's is Leesburg VA. I was told with the last denture top, get used to it, they never made another bottom. Overall !!! My teeth fall out, even after I was given a paper to add a powder to the paste. Horrible, when you call it says , they will help if you need a Denture urgently, i did call in March and they told me they couldn't help me till august, that's when my daughter directed me to affordable dentures, they on the other hand were amazing!
