new patient "emergency visit for crown removal" Asked them twice if they accepted the insurance....Assured twice that they did. Gave my info with insurance! and had me fill out whole history! THEN TELL ME THEY don't accept the insurance! AWFUL FRONT DESK STAFF. I can't comment on the dental assistants or the dentist....we never got that far. From what I am told they are wonderful....what a shame I never was able to meet them and experience their skill. Get rid of your front desk!
New patient appointment yesterday. The dentist seated my crown in the complete opposite direction it fits. The outside is now inside and it sits up so high that my bite is completely off. I asked the dentist TWICE yesterday afternoon, why it sits so high? That I couldn't bite correctly. He assured me TWICE that it was on correctly. This is NOT the case. Now my husband and I have to take the day off work to return and have their ineptitude corrected. Here's hoping.
