I would never recommend Aspen dental they were unprofessional and highly rude
Twice I've waited over an hour past my appointment time before any work was started on my teeth. The first time I left because they could not tell me how much longer it would be. The second time I waited because I needed the procedure done. But I'll be searching my provider directory for a new dentist because the waiting is ridiculous.

talking to patients like they are an idiot. then telling them one date for appointment then putting it in for another day then telling rhe person that they misunderstood. plus not sending in the prescriptions like they should then not answering their phone to find put whats going on

Doctor didn't wash hands. Dental Assistant did not wash hands. Doctor had 5 individuals scheduled for the same time. Took 2 hours and 23 minutes for a 90 SECOND EVAL!!!

Total Rip-off Charges for in wanted services
Aspen Dental can't improve because their whole operation is run for profit at the expense of compassion and competency. I wasn't comfortable with the dentist, Dr. Chamorro. During the exam he had me hold the mirror while he pointed to a few teeth and charged me $110. This happened in 2014 at the Lake Wales office as well.
