This place is a rip-off they are trying to charge me for things that haven't even been done they all about money even if they have to lie to get it they will do it they don't even deserve one star but that's the only way I could leave a review

Went in for A promotion came out overcharged and miss diagnosed. Very disgusted! 900$ of services I never needed because I never had what they said I did just so they could charge me services I didnt need to make money! Over charged me as well! I have other professional opinions and they all say I was misdiagnosed and did not need said services! SCAM! Also, was charged for arestin site placements that I didn't get! I'm so livid. My first visit and I saw 5 different people! Initially wanted a routine cleaning. Hygienist explained x-rays and insisted I have gum disease (which my previous dentist didn't even mention). I was satisfied with dentist. Financial person drew up a plan amounting to $3500 of which my portion would be $1500. No concern for post phoning some treatment to the following year so my insurance would cover more (Previous dentist always worked with me on this).My impression is that Aspen Dental is out to make money. I was disappointed with the staff, not so much with the dentist. Assistant was very impatient. I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist and quite frankly she did not put me at ease in the least. I was very close to getting up and walking out before xrays were even done. Financial lady was very nice easy to talk to answered all my questions. She made me feel at ease with everything. Also hygientist said before I left that day she would be giving me some medicated mouth wash to take home and never did.... read more

Aspen is a five star I don’t know what happened, but everyone was very nice and cared about me as I was a family member! Go give them a try before anyone else the exhaust and exsam is free if they feel you need to see someone else they will send a referral like they did me. Great people!!!

NO ONE LIKES GOING TO THE DENTIST, BUT I WILL SAY, EVERYONE NEED'S A DENTIST. SO, I KNOW YOU WILL FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE SERVICE AND STAFF AT ASPEN DENTAL
The facility and equipment is most impressive--state of the art. The digital xrays are a big improvement over the old systems and coupled with the latest computer programs helped understand my exam results. However--and it's a big one--I simply cannot afford their prices beyond basic cleaning. If you need multiple crowns or such, it adds up to very big bucks. So reluctantly, I must shop around or postpone work for awhile. I realize that beautiful new building and equipment must be paid for, but not by me.
Rude staff, giving opinions on matters that don't have anything to do with dentistry, dental staff letting their children run around the office, our family will not be going back to this branch.
