Went a weekend of crucial tooth pain after Aspen dental in W.h , told me that they accept a WIDE variety of insurance mine too, and scheduled me an appointment, wait 3 days for my appointment...just for them to tell me they don't. lost a day of work . they dont care .Get organized. Not everyone can make it there just to get denied

I would not recommend this location. They sent a text reminder about an routine appointment, and when I arrived they said they had no record of my appointment and refused to see me even though I had driven from an hour away. I showed them the text, and their excuse was that I was in their old system not the new system. There have also been other issues such as trying to charge for services not received. I will be looking for a new location.

I went in for a cleaning and I was told that I have bone loss and need a 1000.00 teeth cleaning and it takes 2.5 hours. I told them I didn't want them to do that and they said that I couldn't get any of my dental work done unless I got it done, they signed me up for financing and i was worried that i had a serious issue so reluctantly I got it done, it took less than 1 hour and I left. my wife went in for her checkup the following day and they told her the same exact thing was wrong with her.. I had 3 teeth extracted and the doctor recommended a mouth guard for teeth grinding. I’m 73 years old and I think it’s a little late for that . They charged me over $600 dollars for something I never received. I’ve been waiting for a refund but not received yet! I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and the American Dental Association if I do not receive a refund in a timely manner!

I’m sharing this TERRIBLE review on the behalf of my best friend. She has recently had a nightmare of an experience at this location. She’s been a long time patient at Aspen Dental and was treated so poorly at her last visit that she’s been traumatized. She has invested thousands of dollars at this location to maintain her dental care and has been treated less than sub par. My first experience here sucked. The front office is clueless and gives away confirmed appointments. Then don't show any effort to fix their mistake. Mine and your time is not important to them. they let me walk out with a broken tooth and missing filling and hurting and moved me to another apartment 1 week later. I guess I'm not important enough to move someone else from their "confirmed" spot. We will let you now how the 2nd appointment goes. My second visit was MUCH MUCH better. From the moment I walked in I was treated by friendly staff from the receptionist to the dentist and every one in between. This was an emergency visit and they took care with my mouth as they performed all necessary procedures. As a first time patient I was very nervous about cost, they explained all costs associated with my extraction. Dentist was great, gave me the option of pulling that day or waiting until swelling went down and infection under control. They were wonderful and I can't say enough about them. I needed denture for top because mine broke which I had for 12 years and I was given two estimates for 8k and 6k...I can not afford this and do not need it. I wanted the $399 THEY ADVERTISED...
