Thanks for the mouth full of stitches and no pain relief. Prescribing medication that I can not take without looking in my chart. Your company called this an extensive surgery...tylenol doesn't help.

They created several problems to be fixed when we went just to get a cavity filled. The doctor nor did the staff listen to what we wanted... they just kept pushing brochures across the desk to us and telling us about payment plans. We left without a cavity being filled and no appointment being scheduled to get it filled. They seemed to avoid scheduling an appointment unless we were going back for more than a cavity filling. When I was in the office with my daughter the assistance came to me and said, we checked with your insurance you only owe this amount the insurance is covering the rest. We later received a bill in the mail for $66. Called in and they said that was just an estimate. Your assistant did not say it was an estimate she said they checked with insurance and that’s all we owed. Big difference, your wording is important. Will not be back

I had been hospitalized for an infection from my teeth, I had to pay cash and now I’m being billed again. They knew I had no insurance and now claiming they didn’t and charging me a lot now. It was very severe and needed done and now I have to all of a sudden pay more. Never will I go again.

I made an appointment here for a second opinion on a broken tooth for my daughter. Our appointment was at 7:00 PM. I received a call at about 2:30 asking about the appointment. After that discussion, they asked me if I could come in for an earlier appointment at 5:45. I enthusiastically agreed. I arrived at 5:30, and was handed paperwork. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with anything medical/dental related. This facility doesn't even deserve one star. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being robbed.
