I went in on short notice with extreme tooth pain and appreciated how fast and easy that was. They took xrays and informed me 1 of my fillings cracked and I either needed a root canal or to pull it, she strongly suggested root canal since I'm young. I made sure to ask if those were my only options and scheduled the root canal with their recommended office for next week. Visited to set up getting new dentures. Next day received an email with wrong appointment time. Tried calling office during regularly scheduled business hours, several times, but couldn't get past the recording listing the regularly scheduled business hours and other menu options and when I pushed the corresponding number to talk to someone got a recording telling me to call back during regularly scheduled business hours and then they hung up. I don't normally do reviews but feel I need to for this. I've been here twice. Both times, I was treated rudely. Second time I called to schedule because I needed a chipped front tooth fixed...but because it had been a few years since I had been in, I was treated as a new patient and they only did x-rays and an exam...no repair (why I scheduled to begin with), no cleaning. Went in with wisdom tooth pain, left without pain ! They scheduled me the same day to get the tooth taken out . It only took 15 minutes and no pain ! The numbing process took long than the actual extraction! Thank you Aspen Dental (:
I have a brother that is on social security. He called this place to see if they take his insurance. They were rude and told him he shouldn't be a lower class citizen. This doesn't seem like a place that would be very sensitive to a patients needs if that is the kind if douchebag behavior their employees exhibit
Overpriced even with insurance and lady with xrays was not friendly. Teeth weren't cleaned said needed deeper cleaning and 4 cavaties would be 2100.
Wow what a rip off!! Spent $3300 over the past six months on tooth removal, a temporary partial, a temporary plate. Temporary plate only fits with a ton of glue. Temporary partial did not fit and they would not replace it until after 6 months (warranty period was over) finding out that it cost me $633. What a rip off. This office has made 5 molds of my upper and lower teeth for partials, etc and they only made a good mold ONE time. (the 1st one-- the rest have NEVER fit properly)..I guess I was stupid for going back, but the... read more
