I called to set up appointment for my grandson Grandma took him. When I called the guy on the phone said what is his Birthday age. I gave him both. Well since he is a new patient I will put in a coupon for a free first visit.... See More When they checked in 209 dollars for office visit. What about the coupon, oh thats for 21 and over. Go ahead and pull it. Nope everything paid up front. Thats another 200 and pull it tomorrow. Don't go there, or you will walk out broke.
I went and they said that i didn't have a appointment, they said it was for tomorrow at a completely different time,but on the phone yesterday they said that it was today. They need to get things figured out
Definitely wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to those that would like to have confidence in their smile. I have been in this particular office over eight times now this year alone because they can't simply put a veneer on properly. The little ghetto ass assistant they got was very rude I had two teeth pulled one took 30 mins I get up tell her my mouth is full of blood what should I do she says swallow it then I started gagging on it so she kicks a garbage can at me other than that everyone else was very professional
Used to have great luck at this dentist. Always very polite, and helpful. But the past two times it wasn't a great experience. I got a lot of attitude from the receptionist because they said I didn't have an appointment scheduled at all when I'd waited two weeks to get in. And then wouldn't pull a rotted tooth, because it was 'too strong', but it wasn't too strong to break in half on a gummy bear yesterday.
