The office was very clean. Brooke and the front office staff greeted me as I walked in the door. The Dental Assistants and Doctor Hara were very professional and friendly. When I left the office I had all the information I needed about my treatment plan.Â
Everyone at Aspen Dental made my experience a great one! Dr Hara is very personal. Sara and Devin assisted Dr.Hara during my dental work .They are very caring and flexible; I had an appointment at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon, but I was already in the area so I called and asked if I could get in earlier and Austen was more then happy to let me come in early!!!!!Â
Great staff, excellent new dentist.Â
I just are going there a week ago. Used to be petrified of the dentist until I went to Aspen dental. They all treat you great awesome staff very well mannered very respectful will never go nowhere again but Aspen dental! They make you feel very comfortable love this placeÂ
I think Aspen Dental Zanesville is very compassionate about their patients! If people only knew the hard work and dedication the team puts forth, to make every patient happy!!!! Moved away.....sure do miss them frown emoticonÂ
Great people, did fantastic work on my dentures and followed up by fitting them just right.Â
I pd over 6k for my teeth. Been back multiple times, even with new dr. They won't stay tight Want a refund, your teeth do me no good. Corp, please help get me a refund for my plates.Â

I have an upper plate and 3 times now a different tooth has broken off its embarrassing and I could have swallowed them I am very disappointed I paid over 9000 for this I would like to speak to someone in corporate about a new plate ty 220 218-4367 TraciÂ

The people were nice, the work good, the billing, questionable. I signed financial responsibility papers and also had insurance. I paid the amount requested and later when I received my insurance statement, found I had been overcharged by $599.30 They said I agreed to the extra charges. I say it wasn’t explained adequately or I would’ve said no and left. My insurance company is working for me now. I’m on a limited income, why the heck would I agree to pay almost $600 more?
