I had my wisdom teeth removed on Monday 10/28. Prior to the surgery no one had spoken with me about the risks and side affects, and yet they wanted me to sign a form saying that I had been told the risks. The surgeon spoke with me right before surgery and he too seemed upset that no one had a discussion with me prior to the day of. I also had not been told by staff that I couldn't wear my piercings, which I cannot take out myself so this was an issue. I went here about a year ago for 2 fillings right next to each other. From the minute the shots wore off I was in pain and was ignored at every visit. Ended up breaking and I had a huge hole in my tooth and had to pay another dentist full price to fix their mistakes.

I am not satisfied with Aspen Dental. Had upper and lower partial made 6 months ago. Not happy with them. Told them more than once. Recently had a filling in front tooth. Looks terrible. Told them I wanted it corrected. Have another appt. to correct it. There should be no charge for that. Dentist hardly spoke. Did fast job. I think you over price your services. ) my husband made an appointment to get his lower teeth pulled and a lower denture made. he got his appointment almost immediately .today, a week after ,he needed to get in to have an adjustment made .he's very uncomfortable has some blisters he was told he could not get in for 5 more days for an appointment. I would have thought he could have been seen today if he is having a problem as part of his aftercare my husband was very disappointed in them and is regretting his decision in going to Aspen Dental at all

I have had two cleanings at this Aspen Dental location. These are the first times that I have had cleanings where I did not leave with a sore, cramped jaw because the hygienist asked me to "open a little wider, please". I am very thankful. However it was a bit disconcerting to wait an additional 20 minutes for the dentist to check me. Thus the 3 stars and not 5 stars.

me and my wife went in for our annual cleaning only to get a ton of x-rays and a sales pitch to do a bunch of stuff neither of us want. we just wanted a simple check up and cleaning. but after the hygiene assistant picked my gums with a hook he just tried to sell me on having a costly bunch of un-important stuff done, then the dentist came in talked to me for about a minute and left neither my wife or me got our teeth cleaned! every dentist i have ever seen in my life always cleans your teeth even if they want to have you ba... read more

I've never had a dentist put in less minimal effort than what I got. WAY overcharged for a 3 minute chip repair. First 'attempt' lasted 24 hrs, 2nd try lasted less than 2 hours. Completely incorrect prep and etching for a veneer chip. 2nd time didn't even properly dry the tooth before bonding. COMPLETE FAIL of service. Would absolutely rate Zero stars if that was an option.

They don’t keep their word. Very pushy and setting up appointments like crazy.
