The staff was great. But i thought they were expensive too pull one tooth for a person who is mentally handicapped. She is also on a very tight budget.

Aspen is great for getting in, to get a tooth extracted although then they want you to come back and they doing nothing but talk cosmetic, insurance will not pay for that....I don't want that done! They have done this twice to me already! They are great for extractions and that's it!

Would not recommend anyone to go there. They pulled teeth that they didn't have any permission to pull and lied to me about it.
No pushy people trying to over sell. Explains everything very clearly. Felt like I was dealing with family.

I felt like we were there for a sales pitch not a dental appointment. The dentist couldn't get away from us fast enough. The receptionist was very professional and answered all of our questions. I feel it would be in the patients best interest to talk over our options with the dentist not a salesperson.

The first appointment went really well with amazing staff. The second appointment the dentist came in my room, never introduced himself or washed his hands. He applied numbing gel and gave me an injection without even telling me what he was doing. They was not attentive to my needs of having high anxiety.

Terrible experience. Waited over 2 hours in the waiting room and even though I told the person who scheduled my appt. that I specifically just needed a broken tooth extracted and NOTHING else, when I finally got called back it was only to have many, many full mouth xrays taken and the dentist told me he did not have time to do an extraction I would have to reschedule for another time. The next appointment was for 5 days later!! SO MUCH FOR EMERGENCY VISITS - don't believe the ads. I will NEVER go back and definitely won... read more
Will never go near this place again. Got a filling done. The dentist just said "I'm the dentist" and then started to work. The hygentist assisting sneezed right on/by the tools and went about putting them in my mouth. That was the better part of the visit the front desk staff are cons. They put me down for fillings my insurance didn't cover and didnt ask or explain the options that it would have covered. Had to pay ahead of time before they started work.
