It was very good and we shall use them again. They did what was asked of them. They were very quick and the driveway was great. They were professional. They weren't the cheapest but they do a very good job. They are worth the money. We used Asphalt Engineering for our driveway.
Humans answered the phone promptly. Very professional, gave ball park figures over the phone. Estimator was here within 24 hours. Made suggestions for many options and followed up with formal quotes by email within 48 hours. Scheduled work, showed up on time, finished the job on time for the agreed price, which by the way was 25-40% cheaper than some of the other quotes we had and they did more work than the other quotes. The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 1 day. I thought the deal pricing was very good. The staff was prompt, polite and did a good job. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal at all. I purchased a deal for an asphalt driveway seal coating.
We had a drainage problem and some existing obstacles to work around and they worked patiently and thoroughly to figure out a solution.
Would definitely contact them again if repaving or major repair were needed. While we were very impressed with their knowledge, they offered more than what we wanted to do at that point in time, including removal of tree root that was they said was causing a problem with subsequent repaving of the disturbed area. The extra work added, of course, a fair amount to the cost.
Went fantastically! Crew came to prep the area one day - they were a well-oiled team. A few days later they did the paving - again an excellent job with a seasoned pavingcrew.
