I called Asphalt Engineering to get as estimate for repairing a sinkhole in my driveway. The person doing the estimation arrived on schedule a couple of days later and went over what was probably causing the issue and what my options were. He was able to give me the pros and cons of the options and I decided to replace the first 6 feet of the driveway. I also wanted to sealcoat my driveway. Nathan went above and beyond dealing with the conservation agent from my town ( I live on a river therefore all projects must be approved by the conservation committee). He was always professional and willing to put in the time and effort to make the project go smoothly. His excavation crew, paving crew and administrative staff were exceptional to work with and communicated every step of the process. My driveway looks wonderful !! and my 86 year old Mother who lives with me is thrilled to have a smooth, safe surface to walk ... read more

We had our old driveway ripped up and then expanded it by a large amount (46 X 26). Overall its a huge driveway now. Asphalt Engineering is such a pleasure to work with. The office staff (Jackie and Erin) are extremely pleasant, always available, very responsive, and knowledgeable. They make you feel as thought you are the most important customer they have. I usually don't write reviews when things go well or business as usual, but in this case I want to take the time to write one. The quoting process and scheduling process was smooth and fair. Considering the scope of the job, we weren't looking for the lowest price, but a company that would stand behind their work and be competitive. They were pretty easy to work with. They took care most of the paperwork and then just told us what parts that we needed to do and they were really familiar with laws and things like that so it was really helpful. They were also really flexible because part of our driveway had been painted in the past and part of it was a gravel spot and they were able to just do the paint to pave to process the whole area but leave the gravel spot gravel until the pavement is permanent and then we’ll come back and repave that spot but they ... read more
