While I can't speak for others, as I mentioned to their staff, one of the reasons it's challenging to find a good lawyer is that many firms use intake staff who seem more focused on reading from a script than truly listening to clients. This is one of several “fast food” type attorney aggregators (attorneys pay to be listed and this service enables market searching for such to gain access to them). My experience has so far been dismal. Individuals I have talked to via their phone contCt service seem frankly just not that sharp. Please don’t waste your time with this company. This company is a joke. I was referred here by another attorney who said I have a malpractice case. When I called this women asked to hear what happened and why I am looking for a referral which I thought was strange because she is an attorney. What a joke! I was referred to this company by an attorney who does personal injury who said I have a medical malpractice case. When I called, the woman immediately sounded like she didn’t want to help me. Well she needed to do was refer me but asked to hear what happened in my situation. They referred me to Bruce Wilson for an issue in Upland, CA. He is apparently a practicing attorney for this county, but lives somewhere else. He was nearly impossible to reach after I paid the $1600 retainer fee, did not return calls, , would not answer emails, was not timely at all in any response after getting paid, and then took two months of REPEATED phone calls and emails to finally get him to refund the $1300 that was left unused from the original $1600 retainer. I would highly suggest using a different company. I have needed a lawyer twice in the last 2 years and they have not been able to help at all. We have used lacba referral instead with no issues. This most recent time, we have a tenant and landlord dispute as well and and they would not help because we moved... that is NOT a reason to take the case. Nothing changed because I moved away.
Bad service, no courtesy the don’t introduce themselves, cuts you off midsentence. Requires more info than necessary. Then gives the an attorney in the wrong practice

I am a victim of electronic harassment, and was shocked to discover that the person answering the phone was completely uninformed on this new techo-crime. Look elsewhere. These people are of no help whatsovever. Remote electronic harassment is a growing worldwide crime with growing numbers of victims.
