Every staff is very nice and professional.
Professional, patient, thorough, explained well, answered questions.
First of all, although my husband is an established patient of Dr. Jain's with retina issues, I had felt uncomfortable making an appointment with him due to the obvious specialty of his practice and the fact that I had no known retina problems. That said, I was provided a very thorough exam that included a professional, well organized and friendly staff. Dr. Jain made me feel very comfortable; he is a good listener and a true expert in his field. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Very grateful for his care.
He saved my vision
He listens. He is direct and honest. He does not rush. He is very personable while remaining very professional- remembers or takes time to make notes about things you tell him and always asks about them in follow ups. He has performed macula surgery on my mom. And now treats me. First time I met him he was seeing my mom and took the time to greet me as well. And his knowledge and efficiency is superb. I feel lucky to have him as my eye specialist.
So grateful to have care from one of the top retina specialists in the entire nation!!
I am impressed with how well the office runs. Dr. Jain is honest and thorough and makes me feel at ease. I appreciate being able to see the pictures comparing my visits.
