Dr. Jain is all about patient care. He spends as much time as needed to be sure everything is explained and clear, what to expect and what to do if there is an issue. The guy gives out his personal cell number for gosh sakes!
Dr. Jain is such a nice man. I am impressed by his vast knowledge and approach to my eye problem. I am so happy his practice is near to us so both my husband, who has Type 1 diabetes and my self with freckles, are able to have him advise us both. His office staff are very understanding and helpful.

Having been a doctor myself, I can tell you this is a great doctor. A throwback to the doctors of years ago who cared and took an extra bit of time if needed. You never feel rushed. If you occasionally wait a bit longer, it's only because another patient is receiving the same excellent care you will receive.
Dr Jain is never in a rush during my visit. Takes the time needed to review my diagnosis and makes the necessary recommendation to get the best treatment. The office staff are all very courteous and professional. Always look forward to my next visit at Dr Jain’s Carlsbad office.
Dr. Jain is kind, caring and is genuinely interested in his patients. He will spend quality time with you and you will not feel rushed. I felt confident having him on my eye care team.
Excellent experience my first visit at Dr Jain’s office. Reception, wait time, Staff, and of course Dr Jain were all very professional, personal, and efficient. Dr Jain’s helped me understand why my ophthalmologist referred me and exactly how we would proceed under Dr Jain’s care. The office was very busy, yet no one was waiting very long as their eyes dilated, tests were taken, and Dr Jain provided exceptional patient care. I wish every medical office I visit was as helpful as Dr Jain’s!
