Able to get appointments easily - Dr works with your availability Office staff great Dr Jain is one of the best physicians I have ever been to ( and I am a retired RN) He is knowledgeable, caring and spends time with you explaining everything in terms you can understand. The Techs, Admin staff and Dr Jain are uniformly excellent - consistently proficient, engaging, informative, and professional. The practice is a well-oiled operation. Dr Jain is a great listener and explainer, without any trace of arrogance or condescension. He is supportive and encouraging of my seeking a second opinion when intrusive procedures are recommended. He feels to me as much a good friend as the talented practitioner that he is.
From the moment you enter the office, the staff at the front desk including Dr Jain’s assistants and Dr Jain make the whole visit a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Jain as a retina specialist.
As a patient who hates anything eye-related, Dr. Jain made it so comfortable to have an eye procedure. As a patient who has tackled severe health issues for decades, I have interacted with dozens of doctors in the area. I have also taught several thousand future and current doctors . Dr Jain is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and a very caring and personable physician.
