Dr. Jain is awesome and I trust him completely with my care. He’s definitely top of his field. My only issue is the wait time in his office and the slow response time when I call to get in touch. I think they are going to upgrade their in-person call service but the wait times are just too long. It seems unreasonable to expect a doctor’s appointment to take more than 2 hours when you only see him for 15 minutes. Better scheduling might help? I hope they can fix this.
My wife and I both are treated by Dr. Jain. He is very knowledgable and listens to our concerns and works with us to meet our needs. When there is a negative reaction to a drug he finds alternatives that work. He works well with his staff who keeps the clinic running well.
I see Dr. Jain twice a year for my check-up but this time was required because of recent pulsating eye pain. Prior to starting the evaluation, we shared what was recently happening in each other's lives. He values his patients, and I value his professionalism. He quickly identified the cause of the 'eye spasm' pain and a treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jain.

It seems the older I get the more doctors I see. The experience with Dr. Jain, and his staff was far better than all the other doctors I've seen. Dr. Jain is not the first retina doctor I've been too, so I'm familiar with time involved with the visit.
