Verified Renter Nice quite place with well maintained apartments and excellent amenities. The response to any service request has been prompt and well taken care of. The location of the apartments is brilliant and right opposite the great lakes mall.

I wasnt able to view my exact apartment prior to move in because I was moving from out of state but the unit far exceeded my expectations when I did see it at move in. I believe all of my appliances were brand new, fresh paint etc. Lea was very helpful in being transparent and communicating with me every step of the way and even called a few hours after my move in to see how I was doing. Verified Renter My favorite thing about the complex is that nature areas have been left untouched. Updates in recent years have not gone unnoticed. We have lovely updated landscaping and a new deck by the lake. Shutters and trims were freshly painted. Speed bumps are provided for safety on our curvy roads. There is more efficient snow removal and better organization to assign garages. Having new dumpsters in enclosures is extremely appreciated.
