Thank you Karl from maintenance team I recommend this place because of their maintenance team. They were very quick. Mr. Karl stopped by my apartment with a gentle knock on the door at the time the state of Michigan is fighting CoVid-19. Karl was very professional wearing virus protection equipment for his safety and mine. He then asked few "protocol" questions before he entered my apartment and started his job. I was grateful that Karl is working during this time. I was grateful that there was a protocol to follow safety. T... read more

Verified Renter Nice quite place with well maintained apartments and excellent amenities. The response to any service request has been prompt and well taken care of. The location of the apartments is brilliant and right opposite the great lakes mall.
Verified Renter This community is very nice and sits very privately off the road. I love the amenities here and the communication is excellent. The people that work here are extremely friendly.
Verified Renter I recently moved here less than 2 weeks ago and so far so good. I wasnt able to view my exact apartment prior to move in because I was moving from out of state but the unit far exceeded my expectations when I did see it at move in. I believe all of my appliances were brand new, fresh paint etc. Lea was very helpful in being transparent and communicating with me every step of the way and even called a few hours after my move in to see how I was doing. I had an issue with my washer and the response was quick an... read more

Verified Renter Excellent apartment community with great amenities. I really like living here.
Verified Renter Since BEZTAK took over the management of the apartments the appearance of the community has significantly improved ... They have definitely improved the garbage facilities and deal with maintenance issues quickly and efficiently ... office staff are extremely helpful.
Verified Renter Auburn Gate is a very beautiful complex with lots of amenities. The staff is dedicated to making ones living experience enjoyable.
Verified Renter My favorite thing about the complex is that nature areas have been left untouched. Updates in recent years have not gone unnoticed. We have lovely updated landscaping and a new deck by the lake. Shutters and trims were freshly painted. Speed bumps are provided for safety on our curvy roads. There is more efficient snow removal and better organization to assign garages. Having new dumpsters in enclosures is extremely appreciated.
