Verified Renter I have lived here for over 15 years and the service has always been great ! One of the reasons I have stayed here this long. Over the years I have had various emergency issues with water leaking etc but Auburn Gate( Lake Village) has always been very responsive! I believe in making sure they were aware of my concerns, not with my apartment, outside lights or anything in the surrounding area because of how they try maintain the apartment complex. A very caring group of people!!!!
Verified Renter Auburn Gate is amazing! My Husband and I moved here 3 months ago and call it home! The staff is so friendly and willing to always help. The maintenance is exceptional. We enjoy the workout facility which is always clean and in working order. In other words we love our new home and the community we are in!
Verified Renter After ten years of living here I have seen lovely improvements, especially paint and upgraded exterior light fixtures, shrubs and flowers, community signage and classy street lamps. Now that we have locally spaced dumpsters, as opposed to driving trash ¾ of a mile (from my location) to a community dumpster, is extremely appreciated. Office personnel and maintenance workers are pleasant and helpful.

Verified Renter Auburn Gate is a beautiful complex with numerous amenities and a very cooperative and courteous staff. The apartment layout is designed beautifully but my apartment has many imperfections that need correction and is not in the same condition as the model that was shown.
