Verified Renter Above all, I love the commumity! It is so close to shopping malls, gas stations, restaurants, highways! There literally 100 things or more to do in a 10mi radius. I really enjoy the feeling of freedom when I arrive home, so many trees and open spaces. The staff in the Club House is Top Class, Mel and Mailee have proven to be great at dealing with the costumers! Always smiling and always help! It is a great place to live! Great cost/benefit ratio!

Verified Renter Auburn Gate is a community centric property that is well involved in the overall well being of all of the residents. I like the condo feel of the property. It would be nice if Beztak sold the units to residents, but I realize there is already a partnered home buying program. I love my unit.

Verified Renter This beautiful community is amazing. They have so much to offer to residents that it surprises me. The dog park is my dogs favorite place to play with all her friends. We both have taken a liking to the observation deck that looks over a lake. Never seen anything like this before In a apartment community. Verified Renter Been here a month now and have had a good experience. Ive had no issues thus far and the apartment is in great shape. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great! And I absolutely love that it is pet friendly!
