Verified Renter I have lived in the community for almost 5 years, and I am very impressed with the new changes. The parking situation has always been an issue during my time as a resident, and I'm pleased it is being. Thoroughly addressed by requiring parking placards for residents and passes for guests. I believe this will also keep any uninvited trespassers out of the community. Furthermore, I'm quite pleased with all experiences I have recently had with staff, from maintenance to office staff. Excellent work!

Verified Renter The community at Auburn gate is very family like and super friendly. I remember when it was my move-in day, I had random strangers keep asking and insisting that they help me move my stuff into my apartment. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in solving any problems I had with my apartment as well.

Verified Renter Staff did not meet promised deadlines (I.e “we’ll get this paperwork done by tomorrow” turned into two extra days with no updates unless asked for during the application process). The apartment has been very very nice so far, but I did notice staff left something in one of 2 bathrooms that clogged it, and neglected to fix a door that was promised to be fixed during showing. Only spent one night here so far.
