Verified Renter Concerns with communication with some staff in office. Overall pleased with maintenance, grounds upkeep, community events, gym, pool, and apartment upkeep. Great access to dumpsters, mailbox locations and grilling. Parking has a bit of an overflow in our section. Garages being used for storage vs parking in which causes lack of spaces for those who do not have a garage.

Verified Renter I have lived in this community for a total of 12 years. I feel safe here and the working personnel, whether office staff or maintenance staff, are very much appreciated. I have brought other people here to rent an apartment in the past. And this past August, I was "upgraded" from my "classic unit" to a recently upgraded one. Management cooperated with me fully, in the transition.

Verified Renter Beautiful area and we love our apartment. All of the work orders we have turned in fixed and in a timely manner. Very pleasant and courteous and both times each man visited and answered questions we also had as new residents to Michigan. Appreciate that they gave us restaurant tips and Joe gave us info on good places to visit for hiking etc. really appreciate them help to feel welcomed to not only Auburn Gate but to the area. There are plenty of "things to do" in this community, such as tennis court, weight training facilities, club house, weekly "community get-togethers", outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dog park, and much more. And all maintenance is taken care of.

Verified Renter I love my spacious apartment! I have a huge master bedroom with walk-in closet. Gorgeous bathroom. Wonderful kitchen with modern finishes. A great laundry room. Wonderful, cozy living room with gas fireplace. A beautiful balcony with natural scenery as a plus! My loft is used as an office with second walk-in closet and bathroom. My husband and I are empty nesters for the 1st time in 30 years! We love our apartment space!
