Excellent Customer Service The leasing staff was very helpful and accommodating. Novellus printed a document for me that I urgently needed for work and Danielle canceled a maintenance request that I no longer needed. They were extremely polite and professional during an encounter. I have been very pleased with the customer service at the leasing office.

Verified Renter I live in Auburn Gate in Auburn Hills, MIchigan. I have lived here for many years. I was re-located to an upgrade unit in my same building in 2022. The term I would use is "EXCELLENT". I look forward to continue living in this complex. I feel safe, whether day or night, living here.

Nice move in process My husband and I just moved in from Mexico and the process went very smoothly. Kiara was very helpful with everything including our situation having no previous credit history. In the process we decided to switch apartments and she was able to change it without issues. Since we changed apartments there was 1 day delay in the move in date but she was kind enough to find us a pleace to leave our luggage for that night. The apartment is very nice and so far very comfortable.
