Great experience at Audi of Springfield Great experience working with Sam and Jim. They got me a great deal on my trade and I got a great new car to drive. The Audi A3 is one of the best cars I have ever driven. I did test drive an S3 and was blown away maybe it will be my next purchase. All in all great friendly staff at Audi of Springfield.
Audi A6 sale This was car buying the way it should be. Jim Kacza and Sam Macahon made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. They delivered the car right to me at a very good price and made sure all was in order. Even though this was an out of town dealer from where I live, it was a much easier experience than i had locally. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Here is my Audi of Springfield, MO story... First, I would say that I could have been a Service Center/Mechanic's dream...An out of state driver who is passing through and needs immediate automotive care that should only be provided by an authorized service center. We sat for over four hours in a freezing showroom, waiting on multiple staff to get organized and finish our paperwork. This process was after we had already closed on the deal. Car had been shipped and arrived. Final cost was done and we had filled out our credit app, Prior to coming into the facility. We waited on Credit, we waited on the trade evaluation, which had already been settled, sales people walking back-and-forth between BMW and Audi for single pieces of paper multiple times. The two diffrent saleman i comunicated with were amazing i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After they talked me into a beautiful car it went down hill from there....The finance department in the BMW building was unhelpful and see to take pleasure in wasting my time. We purchased a used q5 plug in hybrid (about 7500 miles on odometer) about 3 weeks ago. Between the test drives and the purchase there was some minor damage to the trim above the drivers side rear tire; scuffs and paint chips. I noticed it immediately as I walked around the vehicle and showed it to the salesperson. He said that it was no problem, bring it back in anytime after and they would be able to buff it out in half an hour.
