Best Audi Dealer in the Midwest! I traveled three hours to look at a CPO Audi, based solely on a conversation with Josh Ford! Josh was not only professional and courteous, but he also thoroughly described every detail of the car that I wanted to test drive. When I arrived the following morning the car was ready for me to test drive, no hassle whatsoever. Josh Ford was honest and straightforward during the negotiations, which is why I purchased the vehicle!

Excellent Service! Excellent Staff! Excellent Pricing! This is our second auto purchased with Audi Springfield! My wife and I went in looking to purchase her a new convertible and had a wonderful experience. Josh Ford was our Audi Ambassador and he was great to work with. Professional yet funny with a no pressure attitude, he worked with us and though we didn't purchase an Audi, he was able to assist us in purchasing a BMW.
No Pressure Sales Experience Yamil Gutierrez did a great job of listening to what I wanted and showing me the benefits of each vehicle. He understood that I needed to take my time and consider my options. I didn't buy a car the first or even the second time I came to visit, but even still, there was no pressure. Yamil followed up with me at regular intervals, and I appreciated his patience.
