The two diffrent saleman i comunicated with were amazing i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After they talked me into a beautiful car it went down hill from there....The finance department in the BMW building was unhelpful and see to take pleasure in wasting my time. We purchased a used q5 plug in hybrid (about 7500 miles on odometer) about 3 weeks ago. Between the test drives and the purchase there was some minor damage to the trim above the drivers side rear tire; scuffs and paint chips. I noticed it immediately as I walked around the vehicle and showed it to the salesperson. He said that it was no problem, bring it back in anytime after and they would be able to buff it out in half an hour.
