Fair and honest dealership. My experience with Audi Springfield has always been great. Even though I didn't purchase my Audi through them I have been blown away with the level of service I've received every time I take my car to be serviced there. Techs are knowledgeable, honest and fair and will take great care of you and your car.

Great, No Pressure Environment Josh was great, and so we're everyone else there. A lot of car lots put pressure on people to do this or that, but I didn't experience that. The finance guy showed me options for "packages" but didn't make me feel like I had to peruse. Thank You! We had my son and they had snacks and a coloring book for him. Extremely easy buying experience. First Audi purchase. Test drove the A3 on a Wednesday, made the deal over the internet on a Saturday. Josh Ford and Jim Kazcka were easy to work with. Very pleased with the entire process.
