Extremely friendly staff, and very professional. As soon as I was greeted , I felt at ease. The office is very clean and modern. The office is very clean and modern. They have all the latest technology and everyone seems very skilled at what they do. Dr Ricks is very nice and developed a plan to get my teeth and gums healthier. He explained everything very thoroughly. This week I had the dreaded “deep clean” done and it was a walk in the park. The hygenienist, Suzi, expressed genuine concern for my comfort all the way through the process and I could not believe how painless it was. It wasn’t even uncomfortable. She is really friendly and funny and kept me so engaged with what she was saying that I forgot that I was even having the cleaning done. If you are like me and have extreme anxiety issues with going to the dentist, you need nitrous before every procedure, then this is the place for you. The level of customer service from the point of scheduling all the way through to billing is top notch!

I had a 1:00 appointment that turned into a marathon. Dr. Ricks kept on repairing all the surprise pits until I was fixed. We ran plenty late but everyone nice, gentle(!!), and friendly the whole time.
