The staff did an excellent job making me feel comfortable with their processes(ie. cleaning teeth, ex-rays, scheduling, etc). The appointment was an enjoyable experience.

Staff was very courteous and warm. Don't remember my dentist's name but he was awesome and very caring. Was very much appreciated. By the way, tongue is doing well (smile).

Aurora Family Dentistry is awesome! I have been with them for a few years now and recently I talked my husband( who does not like Dentists) to go and see them. He had a bad tooth and with several bad experiences in his past did not want to go. After seeing Dr. Ricks he now is sold and tells everyone about the wonderful experience that he had. Going to the dentist is a good experience for me, because everyone is so nice and interested in me, at Aurora Family Dentistry. Even though I'm usually only there twice a year, all of the staff remember me, ask about what I've been doing, how my business is going, and ask about my family - sometimes even asking to see pictures of the grandchildren!
