I had a root canal yesterday. I have too much experience with those! Because the office is so nice and pleasant and the people are so wonderful, It was easy to get the nerve up to go. They work hard to make the whole process as relaxing and painless as possible. They use all the newest technology, so made the visit interesting as well. I can honestly say as far as root canals go it was...
Dr Ricks and the entire office are a pleasure to deal with. For the first time in decades I don't fear going to the dentist.
The receptionist is not very warm and inviting at all she gives everyone a disturbed look as they walk in as to say "what do you want" instead of warmly greeting them and helping them. Other than her the customer service and over all experience is great.

Aurora Family Dentistry is an excellent provider of dentistry. I wish that all of my dental history equaled what they provided to me. The lady who cleaned my teeth, the dentist, and the other support personnel that I dealt with were polite, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and proficient. I feel blessed to have such a team that is providing my dentistry.
As always, everything was on time, courteous, professional and as pleasant as removing 4 teeth can possibly be. Thank you Macy and Dr. Blatter. Greg Allen
