Have lived here for almost a year, we already extended our lease. This has to be Dayton’s premier apartment complex. Very responsive management team. The location gives options to work in Dayton or Cincinnati. Living well here.
My husband and I have lived here for almost two months now and we absolutely love it! The open floor plan and 9 ft ceilings make everything feel so spacious. The kitchen is amazing and I love having a huge island for extra cooking/prepping space. One of the biggest selling points were the giant windows and the abundance of natural light. My fiancé and I LOVE our apartment here. We moved in at the very beginning and the whole office team has been nothing but helpful and accommodating and always goes the extra mile! The finishes in the apartments are very high end and the amenities can’t be beat! Close proximity to the park (which we use all the time) and Austin landing, which is convenient for errands and grocery shopping. You can get to any type of store or service within 10 minutes from these apartments - the location can’t be beat!

My husband and I LOVE it here!! It is beautiful, the apartments are spacious. We have been able to communicate effectively with everyone. Everyone is so nice. The community is great. We have no complaints about these apartments. We agree that it is the best complex we have lived in!
Dayton's Hidden Gem for renters. If you are looking for an apartment that feels like a home. Look no further, Austin Parks has been after 6 months of living here my most cherished of dwellings to date. From the high ceilings to the large kitchens with new granite counter tops -\-\ it's certainly hard to get much better than that around here.
