I’ve lived here going on 11 months now, tenants just leave trash in the hallways for days, leave dog crap in the grass areas, and all around don’t respect the other tenants. Paying way too much money to live in a place like this. Much nicer places elsewhere.
I was the first person in my apartment, I moved in November 10th of 2017. The apartment was not ready yet to be moved in...Hot water wasn't hooked up, dry wall dust everywhere, oh yeah they forgot to tell me that they put a water pipe in my bedroom that wakes me up at all hours of the night. So if you like to be woken up by loud water rushing down from 2 floors this is the place for you. I will not be resigning a lease and I feel terrible for whatever person this place suckers in to rent my apartment after me. Good Luck

I was driving home and noticed this place off 741 and thought I would stop in and get some information. When I walked in I was greeted by a lady and a man in the leasing office. The lady looked me up and down at what I was wearing . Apparently after just leaving the gym I look like someone who shouldn’t be there/ couldn’t afford it. If they go off peoples appearance this isn’t a place I want to live at. Go somewhere else.
