RecommendedVisited today to look at apartments for myself and my wife. Even tho we didn’t end up going with Austin landing we dealt with the best leasing agent ever. Mariah, she was very professional and thorough with ALL details. If you decide to shop around with Austin Park apartments make sure you make an appointment to work with her ! SHES AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I am a pretty easy time finding an apartment. I am not from the area so the leasing agent, Jeremy, actually worked with me over the phone and via email, until I was able to fly into town and look for an apartment. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront with me about fees, amenities, and specials going on. They had so many specials going on, which motivated my decision to lease from Austin Park. I am excited to move in!

I have lived here for 4 months now and I have nothing bad to say. I love how quiet and peaceful it is. I also adore all the windows, natural light and my view of the park. The kitchen is stunning and such a pleasure to cook in. In my eyes no other complex matches this one and I can't wait till the weather is warm enough to enjoy all the outdoor amenities.
I love these apartments!! Every floor plan is spacious for whatever your needs are for a new home. It’s quiet and everyone is pleasant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The apartments are so energy efficient that the bills are next to nothing. Utilities are cheaper than what friends pay at other complexes. As well being so close to Austin Landing is great. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend these to anyone!
I’m way too picky when it comes to the place I live,this is the best place to be,so peaceful and so much space ,I love it so much !
