RecommendedThe auto refi process was very rapid and orderly. The security transmittals and codes were a bit annoying. There was a lack of upfront disclosure of the loan origination fee. So BEFORE YOU COMMIT OR START THE PROCESS, MAKE SURE YOU INQUIRE ABOUT FEES! Had I known that in the beginning, I’d likely have shopped around a bit more.
Buyer beware... It took 3 days to get through the process (multiple phone calls) and when we were ready to go to docs the numbers didn’t add up. Turns out there were fees not disclosed. “Oh, that’s our processing fee.” 2.5% of the loan amount. What??? When were you going to tell me? Moving on!!!
