Received a piece of mail. Stating I qualified for a monthly payment deduction. Due to me over paying with my credit. We’re told that the pre-approved wasn’t necessary approved that we’d have to apply for it. So we proceeded. A week or so later. I received another piece of mail saying I was approved. Credit Karma suggested I refi my car loan based on my improving credit. Yes, I'd like to save money each month so I applied. I gave Auto Approve all the important info in my application. The next day they called and asked for all the info again. I got a text to see the loan progress and it sent me to the page where I had to enter all my info again. Horrible service and predatory practices. Stay far away from this place!
It took them more than 2 weeks to get back with me. From my orginal call. After my initial offer than I would be pretty much starting my loan over paying more. So they made my credit drop. Do not attempt going threw them they will do everything to drop your credit than hit you with a worse offer then you already have.

Most dishonest company! Tried to refinance my car and wanted to see an approximate rate as I did not want to entertain a refinance if it would only reduce my rate by less than a point. Their website literally lies to you. Says get a quote in 60 seconds and you don't need a SSN to get a rate only to find out they need you to make a full application and do a hard credit check before you even get an idea what your rate will be.
