I was told items on a recorded call and they were not honored. ask to have new paperwork sent out and it didnt happen. I called our loan specialist eric Leonard multiple times and he never called back, called from a number he didnt recognize and he answered said new paperwork was being sent out and it didnt happen. cannot get a manager on the line
