Don’t even try their refinance. They send a mailer with very specific information highlighting vehicle make/model, and new potential payment, and interest rate. Looks great and when all said and done say vehicle is too old to qualify for the interest rate only the form. Classic bait and switch. Stick with local banks or credit unions.

Received a piece of mail. Stating I qualified for a monthly payment deduction. Due to me over paying with my credit. We’re told that the pre-approved wasn’t necessary approved that we’d have to apply for it. So we proceeded. A week or so later. I received another piece of mail saying I was approved. Credit Karma suggested I refi my car loan based on my improving credit. Yes, I'd like to save money each month so I applied. I gave Auto Approve all the important info in my application. The next day they called and asked for all the info again. I got a text to see the loan progress and it sent me to the page where I had to enter all my info again.
