Most dishonest company! Tried to refinance my car and wanted to see an approximate rate as I did not want to entertain a refinance if it would only reduce my rate by less than a point. Their website literally lies to you. Says get a quote in 60 seconds and you don't need a SSN to get a rate only to find out they need you to make a full application and do a hard credit check before you even get an idea what your rate will be. Do NOT use this company to refinance your vehicle!! They are the absolute worst. Worst experience of my life. After my loan has been paid off and sent to a new company they’re requesting more documents. Do not use this company! It has taken nearly THREE months to refinance with them! The loan consultants are rude, do not answer your calls or call you back. Trying to get their managers is ridiculous.

After saying they had me approved they messed up paperwork and had the mileage wrong and then I was turned down . Will not use again. Do not recommend

My dad received a letter from this company saying there is a chance to reduce their car payment and therefore I called on my dad's behalf. I spoke to a very nice lady and I told her I was speaking on behalf of my dad (English is not his 1st language), she said she need to ask permission from her boss to see if I can speak for him and my dad gave her the ok (so the lady and my dad already spoke on the phone and he spoke to her in English). They stuff your mailbox full of junk, they refinance a vehicle with a better rate and also hold onto the title for several months until your ask these idiots to release it. James over there made the biggest deal about our auto-insurance only to get ahold of my vehicle title. That vehicle title should’ve been released within a few days after the refinancing was done. The receptionist there at the office was telling me that there is a some “60-90 day timeframe,” and that’s bunk! They try to steal your vehicle. BTW, make sur... read more

The reason we obtain the title is because we facilitate the lien transfer of the title from your previous lienholder to your new one. I have gotten approved 3 times for the same car. after I submit my docs no phone calls or texts are returned horrible customer service. ran out credit for nothing
