Wanted to sell me a broken car Liked all the great reviews so I went to check out a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Took it for a test drive and noticed something wrong with the front end. When I got back and mentioned it to Mike he said “our service guy just told me while you were gone that the front differential has a bad bearing in it. Search for used car Purchase went well. The only issue was the crest on the car said SL but the vin number and paper work said S. I contacted the dealership who said this is a common issue with vin numbers matching the crest of vehicle.
Poor attitude,poor quality Very poor attitude, no understanding towards customer service, poor workmanship, very easy fixable things where not even considered cuz the attitude was quite “what do u expect it’s a used car” mrs nilda was nice that’s the only good thing I can say.
