Easy auto refinance I thought the process was fairly simple. Customer service was good. Not positive how much money I am saving but interest rate is lower and they added gap insurance which I already thought I had. No complaints.

Refinance Matthew Magnison was wonderful, he stayed on top of me and sent me daily reminders/updates. Even dealing with my difficult situation he always had a pleasant attitude. He made the process worth wile. Would have loved a little more savings, but the customer service was 5 star!
