Auto refinance Jacob was the best. Communicative, patient, persistent and helpful. Right away he started communication and kept me informed and was patient with me on getting all my documents done. He wasn’t pushy at all which I respected! I did my research and glad I chose autopay because of Jacob.

I thought we were all set but... Thought everything was going good the guy I dealt with (Frank) seemed to really be on top of things I've even gotten lots of paperwork but according to my current loan servicer the loan has not been paid off yet and it's due in 3 days which of course will change the payoff. I even heard from the new loan service service service yet the old loan hasn't been paid off yet this is messed up
