Good Adam Ferrier was a very nice guy and was extremely helpful. He was able to save us a lot of money on our auto refinance. We don’t have the perfect credit right now and trying to build it back up. He never made us feel like we were bad people or thought less of us. I wish the process didn’t take as long. I had to do the welcome call two times with Autopay which was annoying and the questions they asked were goofy . Other than that it was great.
