Overall Good The rates advertised on Credit Karma are a tad optimistic, but they were able to get me a lower interest rate and shorter term on my auto loan. My vehicle refinance was for an 11 year old car, so the fact that they were able to work on my refinance with an older vehicle is a huge positive.

Excellent customer service Stephen was very communicative and helpful and got us a good refi rate. We ran into issues with a glitch on the lender's end, but his follow-up was excellent and persistent, which eventually got the loan funded.
