Craig was awesome to work with. I ultimately went with another lender for my refinance as they offered lower monthly payment, but Craig was fantastic to work with, and did his very best on my behalf. Even after I told him of my decision, he still continued to offer advice and support. If I ever need a lender in the future, Craig will be the first person I reach out to because I trust him.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our first time auto loan refinancing experience was amazing, much thanks to Eli. Eli was an amazing, knowledgeable, patient, prompt and helpful processor. We're really grateful to have gone through this with Eli and Autopay. i was looking for a refinance of my vehicle and I looked everywhere, I cam across Autopay and talked with Eli there and he was WONDERFUL to work with and very knowledgable and worked with me to get everything I needed, all my paperwork was done without any trouble or headaches.
