I used AUTOPAY to refi my car loan. Isaiah Ward was very responsive and very persistent with getting me the best rate possible. He did a great job communicating and made the refinance process very straightforward and easy for me to understand. They truly had the customers (My) best interest in mind and did not put their interest ahead of the customers. Isaiah crushed it and I will be back in the future.
During a stressful time of car shopping and trying to get approved for different loans I worked with Eli Herrera and had a wonderful experience. After applying online I got an immediate phone call from Eli getting and giving more information and BOOM he was on it!
