Very convenient and user friendly I have a very busy schedule and being able to stay in contact through text message made the entire process very convenient. Brian was very adament with his communication, keeping me updated and asking for information. The whole process went by quickly and saved me a lot of money on my interest. Awesome!!. Super easy and definitely worth the time. Connor May followed up with my interest in re-financing and explained all the details of the loan and process. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. My old extended warranty was a complete waste of money and he got me set up with a great warranty along with lowering my interest rate a ton. Overall very happy with the customer service and would definitely work with auto pay and Connor again. Highly recommend 5/5
Aaron Bradley was so great to work with!. The process went so smoothly and efficiently. He helped both myself and my husband on our loans. He explained things clearly when I didn’t understand it. Like for example why gap insurance was necessary on my husbands car loan but not mine and provided an example that showed what it does. He also was very prompt in corresponding with me. I highly recommend him as your loan champion with AUTOPAY.
