Very quick and easy process.. Brian was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process to make sure I understood everything completely. Very quick and the approval took no time at all!
Very good rates.. The rates are very good but the customer service was not. It took 3 months to get my referral check and after multiple calls I kept getting the run around and some reps were jerks. Thankfully, my loan consultant Sabian was very helpful and got it done in under an hour, if I have to call back I only wanna speak to him. Overall I'd suggest if you're looking for a good rate on a loan but be weary of some representatives.
Quick and easy loan process The loan process was as smooth as can be. I was so close to losing my future home and an auto refinance was recommended. I applied here and spoke with one of the best loan specialists I could've asked for. Derek Bolton walked me through the whole process. He even stayed at work late to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend this company but specifically Derek Bolton.
